HOW DOES THE WELL BUBBLER PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card number will not be stored on our servers.
DOES THE WELL BUBBLER DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, except as outlined here. We may disclose your personal information to third parties who work on behalf of The Well Bubbler to provide products and services requested by you. We encourage you to place your orders online if you are using a credit card. It's fast, easy, safe, and, best of all, it's available 24 hours a day. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing an order. This email will contain the order number which should be referenced in any future communication with us regarding this order. We are more than help you set up an order by e-mail, but please remember, never send your Payment information to us via email. We cannot guarantee the security of personal information such as credit card numbers sent through email. Our store does not transmit and cannot accept credit card information by email.
We accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards via PayPal Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order.
MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS & PERSONAL CHECKS
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. DUTY AND SALES TAX
The Well Bubbler charges California sales tax for all online transactions. You are solely responsible for all Duty and taxes and/or any other applicable taxes outside the USA.
Most items we carry are available for immediate shipment; however, there may be times when a product you have ordered is out of stock which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of any products that are unavailable for immediate shipment.
We will ship your backordered product as it becomes available. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Well Bubbler reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Should an order require cancellation after your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a refund to your card.
Products usually ship within 48 hours of the day ordered if ordered by 12:00PM PST. If your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, your order will normally ship beginning the next business day. In most cases, we use the US Postal Service in order to provide the fastest possible shipping times. The cost of shipping your order is calculated based on the package size and weight, and the destination entered during checkout. Shipping charges will be provided to you in the secure shopping cart prior to obtaining any payment information. For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Well Bubbler shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Well Bubbler shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that was originally charged.

The Well Bubbler wants you to be happy with your purchase. We realize there are times when an item may become damaged during shipment or may not be exactly what you were expecting. We are here to help you resolve these issues as quickly and easily as possible. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please thoroughly review this return policy, then contact us for assistance with your return.
DAMAGED: In the event an item arrives damaged, please report the damage to us within 1 week and save the original packaging. Do not attempt to fix or correct any problems without authorization. In cases involving Well Bubbler sensors, we will request photographs of the items and their packing. Smaller items will be returned to The Well Bubbler or simply replaced at our discretion. Damaged items must be reported with 7 days of receipt.
NON-DAMAGED: In general, we do not accept returns on non-damaged equipment. If the product for some reason does not meet your expectations, please contact us about a return and we will make a case by case determination. Regardless, non-Defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, freight and reasonable refurbishment fees where applicable. All non-defective returns must be approved by The Well Bubbler. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that your account is properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization from The Well Bubbler. All returns must be in "as new" condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging, hardware, instruction manuals, etc. Once an item has been used, it can no longer be accepted for return. No returned merchandise will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The Well Bubbler will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item being returned for credit originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be withheld from the amount refunded. The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label. Failure to do so may substantially delay the processing of your credit and will result in a restocking fee. All returns will be inspected once they are received. Credit will not be issued for items which are returned in poor condition or have not been returned following the process outlined in this return policy. If your return is denied, the item may be returned back to you at your cost. Once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted by the warehouse, you will be issued a refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed after it has been received by the warehouse. The Well Bubbler is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is lost during shipment. Make sure that all returned merchandise has a tracking number and is properly insured. Once you have been issued an RMA number, your return must be received by The Well Bubbler within 30 days. If the item is not received within this period, the RMA number will be canceled and we may be unable to accept the return. If The Well Bubbler chooses to accept your return after the 30-day time period has elapsed, a restocking fee will be assessed.
All exchanges will be shipped to you once we receive your returned item at the warehouse. Should you wish to receive your exchange earlier, you may re-order the new item and request a refund for the original item once it has been received and processed by The Well Bubbler. If there is a difference in price between products being exchanged, we will charge or issue credit accordingly before shipping the new item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
The Well Bubbler does NOT charge any restocking fees except as noted below.
In the following cases, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed:
Any item refused at time of delivery (other than items that were visibly damaged during shipment)
Any item returned without an RMA number or with an invalid/expired RMA number
Any item returned without an RMA number clearly visible on the shipping label
Any returned item accepted beyond the 30 day return period
Any item that is returned incomplete (missing any parts, manuals, etc) or in altered condition
Any item being returned as defective but proves to be in normal working condition
The Well Bubbler is unable to accept returns on custom made or special order items.
